How it Works:

• Locate your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
• Click “Track Order“: A button will be available below the input field.
• View Your Order Status: You’ll see the current stage your order is in.

Order Statuses:

• Received: We’ve received your order and payment confirmation.
• In Queue: Your order is in line and will be assigned to a digitizer shortly.
• In Progress: A skilled digitizer is working on your project.
• Quality Check: Our team is reviewing the digitized file for accuracy and precision.
• Ready for Download: Your completed digitized file is available for download! You’ll receive an email notification with a download link.

Estimated Turnaround Times:

While we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your design. A general guideline for turnaround time is within 5 hours. For a more specific estimate on your order, feel free to contact us.
