  • This policy applies to all digitizing orders placed on the Zac Digitizing website or through other authorized channels.
  • We recommend reviewing the details of your order carefully before submitting it.

Return and Exchange are not accepted for

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for completed digitizing files.
  • Custom Designs: Custom digitizing projects are created specifically for your needs. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a proven error on our part.

Exchanges for Errors on Our Part:

If you believe there is an error in your digitized file that does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to review your request and revise the file free of charge, up to unlimited revisions.

  • A detailed description of the error
  • Any relevant reference materials (if applicable)

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order free of charge as long as we have not begun work on the digitizing process. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply.
